Discuss the day plan during the meal. 9:15 - Integration classes 🤝 Games and activities aimed at integrating the group, e.g. "let's get to know each other better", "the key to cooperation" or other outdoor activities. 10:00 - Thematic workshops 🎨 Activities tailored to the interests of the participants, e.g. art, music or sports activities. It can also be learning first aid or preparing local delicacies. 12:00 - Free time 🏖️ Relaxing on the beach, sea bathing, playing beach ball, frisbee or simply sunbathing. 13:00 - Lunch 🍲 The main meal, served in the canteen, will serve traditional Polish or regional dishes. 14:00 - Silence after lunch, distribution of telephones 📱 Each participant receives a phone call for a short time to contact the family. After this time, there is silence after lunch, time for rest or individual activities in the rooms (reading, drawing, a short nap). 15:30 - Outdoor excursion or activity 🚶‍♀️ A trip to a nearby tourist attraction, such as a walk on the cliffs or a hike along the surrounding paths. 16:30 - Afternoon coffee/tea + themed games ☕ Refreshments and time to rest, and then team games – e.g. a football tournament, beach volleyball, or a competition in building sand castles. 17:30 - Creative workshops 🎭 It's time to develop your passions: painting, handicrafts, dance, theater, or organizing mini performances. 19:00 - Dinner 🥗 Light dinner, e.g. salads, sandwiches, fruit, served in the canteen. 20:00 - Themed evening 🎉 Every evening has a different theme, such as a bonfire with sausage roasting, a disco, karaoke, a movie night or board games. 22:00 - Night Quiet 🌙 After an intense day, it's time for a bath, rest and regeneration.
