Yoga classes for teenagers focus mainly on learning self-acceptance, self-control, relaxation techniques and stress reduction.
Acquiring these skills helps young people find their place in the modern world and approach often difficult events in everyday life with peace, distance and respect for themselves and the world around them.
Yoga zone:
Yoga 🧘♀️practice. You will learn about its various forms and variations. Yoga on chairs, hatha yoga, healthy spine. We will practice primarily in the bosom of nature.
Face 😆yoga and laughter. Combination of yoga elements with laughter exercises, breathing exercises and relaxation. Laughter improves well-being, reduces stress, oxygenates the body, improves circulation and increases the level of happiness hormones.
🏄♀️Yoga sup. Exercises performed on the sup board are a great alternative to the classic form of yoga practice. They allow us to achieve even better results in the form of much better coordination or balance of the body, and in addition, they allow us to have closer contact with nature.
🌳Nature and meditation. Something you won't find practicing in any interior. Contact with nature, and thus peace and strength, oxygenation of the body, relaxation of the head and, above all, energy flowing from contact with Mother Nature.
📖Tales from the East. The history of yoga, meditation, balance, the foundations on which the lifestyle of Buddhists is based.
The class will be led by a qualified and practicing yoga instructor.

🤸Healthy body. Daily warm-up, varied physical activity, stretching. We will learn to train wisely and act judiciously in the world of sport.
🧘♂️A healthy spirit. Yoga is not only a training of the body, but also of the mind. It allows us to relax, relax and our body undergoes a noticeable transformation during this time. We will learn how to strive for self-acceptance and fulfillment.

3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, during which tea is served (e.g. a bar, fruit, yogurt), dinner. The camp starts with dinner and ends with breakfast. On the last day, Participants also receive dry provisions for the return journey.
