Age of players from 7 years to...... unlimited🧒😁 🔴 During 5 training days, we will teach players how to work: - with load control - on brain development using the Life Kinetics method 🧠 - we will help you determine your individual speed training. 🔴We will make you: - mental test - physiotherapeutic assessment test - FMS test - examination with a quantum bio magnetic analyzer and we will arrange a diet - we will appoint HR MAX (for players over 13 years of age) 🔴 As part of the camp, we also provide: ⚽️ soccer or futsal training in the hall motor 💪training in the functional training room 👩‍🏫mental training - theoretical classes (tactics, diet, regeneration) 🔴 In your free time: 🎱billiards, table tennis and all other possible forms of activity 😁 Catch the winter adventure!
