Tennis Camp in Masuria

The great location of the facility by the lake in the real center of the Great Lakes adds charm to tennis struggles and promotes active recreation. The rest of the program will be complemented by activities prepared for all sports camps: integration, adventure, recreation, as well as various animations and sightseeing. Sports activities will take place on the premises of the facility on a multifunctional pitch with a polyurethane surface, as well as we will use brick AZS Wilkasy courts located in the immediate vicinity of our facility. Tennis Zone 🎾Tactics. In tennis, the key to success is to play "with your head", which is why Participants will learn the basics of tactics and how to choose and change them depending on the situation on the court. Strike 🎾techniques. We will start with the simplest techniques: forehand, backhand and service, and we will end with more complicated ones: slides, smash, drop shot, stop volley, volley, etc. During the classes, we will play singles, doubles and mixes. 🎾History and compendium of knowledge. To start regular training, Participants are familiar with the rules and refereeing on the court. In addition, they will learn some interesting facts about the history of tennis and the equipment used for this game at the turn of the year. 🎾Profiles of famous tennis players. We will talk about the stars of tennis and bring them closer to their profiles and achievements. 🎾Fitness. Participants will learn the principles of proper tennis warm-up, fitness training, stretching, crossfit, diet and the basics of wellness. 🎾Equipment. Preparation of equipment is essential. We will explain how to take care of the equipment, we will teach you how to replace the wrapper and we will tell you when the tension of the rocket is to be replaced. 🎾Stick to the wall. Competition in which you will have to show cleverness, agility and balance, and at the same time have great fun. 🎾Reflex and coordination with BLAZEPOD - We will check the reflexes and show exercises using BLAZEPOD equipment to improve eye-hand-leg coordination. 🎾Everywhere and anytime. Lake tours are not only relaxing, but also a super camp integration. 🌊Pontoons. A competition to swim a certain distance in the shortest possible time. Basic Survival Techniques, Shack Construction, Tracking, Focal Stacks, and Field Orientation. INO 🗺️classes.
