Accuracy 🥅mat. Thanks to a special mat placed on the goal, we will practice precise shots in the windows and on the ground at the post.
🥅Rebounder. Exercises with a bouncing wall not only improve the playing and acceptance of the ball, but also train the player's motor coordination and ability to position himself to the ball.
⚽️Free throws with a wall. A well-made free throw is a big threat for the opposing team to lose the goal. We will practice this permanent piece of the game with the help of an artificial football wall.
Jump 🏃♀️test. With the help of a special device, we will check your jump and show exercises to strengthen the force needed to jump from the head.
2x2 and 4x4 🙌games. On smaller goals, we will carry out task trainings in small groups. Fast play on a small area trains the precision of passes, concentration and control of the ball.
🏆Bubble Football. Amazing fun in a slightly different football. Equipped with large inflatable balls, we will play exciting and fun football matches. It's the perfect combination of adrenaline and a lot of fun!
🙌The team is the basis. Learning teamwork, strategy and fair play. We will see that working in a team is the basis for success.
💪Daily warm-ups. Dynamic stretching, skips, thermoregulation, pre-activation, as well as daily movement games to diversify your workouts.

Fan zone
⚽️An elementary football fan. You will learn the basics that every true football fan should know.
🎲A fan quiz. Finally, we will see who is closely following the football struggle.
🏆Flags. We will prepare flags of countries and clubs to decorate our rooms and pitch.
🌟The alley of football stars. Among other things, we will get to know the famous FIFA 100 list, which includes profiles of the most famous footballers.
Adventure Zone
Climbing 🧗♀️basics. Climbing workshops conducted on the rocks surrounding the camp area. Classes tailored for everyone - people with and without experience. All carried out by licensed instructors, on certified and safe equipment. In addition, we will learn climbing knots and the basics of belaying.
Rope 🧗♀️activities. We will use the natural surroundings of Podlesice, where rock forms create countless opportunities to create and then overcome rope bridges or descents from rocks.
🏍️Quad start. Try a ride on a petrol quad, specially adapted for the youngest. After a short training, you will have to overcome a track where special tasks will be waiting – slalom, an attempt at driving precision and starting on time. We guarantee excitement, adrenaline and great memories!
🔦Jurassic caves. Jura is an area where there is a large number of natural caves available for tourists. However, it will be quite an adventure, because in the caves that we will visit (of course in a helmet) you have to crawl and squeeze.
💣Paintball.* Incredibly addictive game, teaching camouflage, approach, cooperation in a group, as well as making quick independent decisions.
* During the classes, children will be equipped with special clothing, protective masks and paint ball markers (200 pieces per Participant). For the sake of safety, children will take part in classes only at the shooting range, where they will shoot at the target and moving targets.
🥾Terrain exploration and orienteering. A compass and map will help you find yourself in the surrounding forests, and will also be useful when playing with puzzles and tasks.
General sports 💪classes. You will take part in a variety of activities. Daily morning warm-up, team games, races and prize competitions.
🎮Esports. The camp will be equipped with Sony PlayStation 3 and 4 consoles. We will also play a virtual FIFA tournament.
🏌️♂️Disc Golf - a combination of classic golf with a flying disc. The terrain of the competition does not matter. The special Disc Golf Basket Target allows you to throw anywhere you want.
🤸♀️Stick to the wall. Competition in which you will have to show cleverness, agility and balance, and at the same time have great fun.
