⚽️Football. Learning how to drive a ball, tactics, shots at a target from afar, like Robert Lewandowski, and the power of emotions during competitions.
🏀Basketball. Throwing, dribbling, leading the ball, teamwork – all this creates exciting and dynamic games in the form of 5x5.3x3 and 1x1!
🏐Volleyball. Strong service, precise reception and teamwork – during training you will learn the basics and refine your skills to play better and enjoy every game.
Running fun. In our trainings we will use elements of running fun such as trucht, runs, rhythms, running pyramid or intervals.
💪Fitness challenge. Do you already know zumba, step, crossfit, pilates or aerobics? During one camp, you will try different views of the fitness teaser while having a great time.
Jump 👟test. With the help of a special device, we will check your jump and show exercises to strengthen the force needed to jump from the head.
🤸♂️Reflection and coordination with BLAZEPOD. We will check the reflexes and show exercises using BLAZEPOD equipment to improve eye-hand-leg coordination.
🏃🏻Stick to the wall. Competition in which you will have to show cleverness, agility and balance, and at the same time have great fun.
Healthy eating
🍏The basics of a healthy diet. What to eat and what to avoid to improve your results?
🥦Supplementation and micronutrients. We will tell you what vitamins are the most important for athletes and how to balance meals to provide the most important ingredients - vitamins and minerals.
⚙️Your BMI. We will calculate your daily caloric requirement, discuss the importance of the result and how to use it.
Jury Zone
Climbing 🧗♂️basics. Climbing workshops conducted on the rocks surrounding the camp area. Classes tailored for everyone - people with and without experience. All carried out by licensed instructors, on certified and safe equipment. In addition, we will learn climbing knots and the basics of belaying.
Rope 🧗♂️activities. We will use the natural surroundings of Podlesice, where rock forms create countless opportunities to create and then overcome rope bridges or descents from rocks.
🔦Caves. Jura is an area where there is a large number of natural caves available for tourists. However, it will be quite an adventure, because in the caves that we will visit (of course in a helmet) you have to crawl and squeeze.
Activity Zone
💎Goals and dreams. We will set personal dreams and goals in sports development that each Participant will realize and verify during the camp and after its completion.
📅Planning. Together with experienced staff, everyone will create their own individual training and nutrition plan for the coming weeks.
👟Daily movement. Each day and training will begin with a common warm-up before the next challenges and end with stretching and relaxation.
Orientation 🗺marches. A compass and map will help you find yourself in the surrounding forests, and will also be useful when playing with puzzles and tasks.
🏰Castles and strongholds. Visiting the gems of the Eagles' Nests Trail, we will learn the nooks and crannies and secrets of the beautiful Kraków-Częstochowa Jura.
👣Team building. Tasks that integrate the group and build trust in the team.
🏌️♂️Disc Golf. A combination of classic golf with a flying disc. The terrain of the competition does not matter. The special Disc Golf Basket Target allows you to throw anywhere you want.
Bumper Ball games - Bubble football, Bubble bowling, Bubble sumo, Last bubble man standing - 🔵Bumper Ball is an inflatable ball for playing and playing on the grass - inside there is an adjustable harness, which is put on like backpack straps. The balls are made of TPU, a soft, flexible material, showing high resistance to abrasion and puncture
Sports 🏅stars. During the rest, there will be a moment to introduce you to the fame of Polish athletics, football, volleyball and basketball of recent years.

3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, during which tea is served (e.g. a bar, fruit, yogurt), dinner. All prepared at the resort. The camp starts with a warm dinner on the first day and ends with breakfast on the last day. Participants receive dry food for the return journey.
