Surfing on Polish waves? Impossible? And yet! The Baltic Sea and the vicinity of Władysławowo are also the perfect spot, not only for those beginners. Do you want to feel the power of nature, unite with the wave and taste surfing life? Together with the top surf school BSSurf, we enable you to develop this incredible passion. The program combines great fun with learning and developing skills, as well as providing Participants with unforgettable moments spent in friendship with the sea and board sports. ❗️The facility is intended only for young people aged 13-18.❗️

The surfing program will be carried out by professional BSSurf instructors ( link: https://bssurf.pl/) The Baltic Surfing Association (BSSurf) is an organization associating surfing and water sports enthusiasts, working to popularize surfing on the Baltic Sea and beyond. She organizes trainings and workshops, promoting an active lifestyle and the development of the surfing community in Poland. She is also involved in the education of children and adolescents, raising awareness about safe bathing. Thanks to the passion and experience of its members, BSSurf has been supporting the development of surfing in Poland for years, creating space for wave enthusiasts. Who creates BSSurf? 🏄‍♂️Agnieszka Osińska (President of the Baltic Surfing Association) A hobby surfer, associated with sports since childhood. Although she comes from the mountains, her life changed forever the sea and the ocean. She took her first steps on the surfboard by the ocean in Ireland in 2006, which initiated her life's passion for waves and water sports. As a certified ISA surf instructor and surf competition referee, she shares her passion and knowledge, inspiring others to discover the magic of the waves. She worked and developed her skills in Poland, Ireland, Portugal and Morocco, gaining valuable experience. She has been the president and co-founder of the Baltic Surfing Association for 8 years and co-founder and activist of the Polish Surfing Association. She loves teaching surfing, combining professionalism with the joy of sharing what she loves most. 🏄‍♂️Paulina Kobiela: A traveler and surfer by passion, she has been associated with waves and board for over a dozen years. She started her adventure with surfing in Ireland in 2006 and since then she can't imagine life without this sport. She loves trips that allow her to discover new places, cultures and unique surf spots. She passionately organizes trips, shares her knowledge about surfing and captures the beauty of moments in photos. She is a co-founder of the Baltic Surfing Association and took an active part in the creation of the Polish Surfing Association. For her, surfing is not only a sport, but also a lifestyle that combines her love for the ocean, nature and people. Surfing 🌊classes are held 2 times a day for 2 hours. 🌊 Action Surfing! 🌊A brief overview of the history of surfing and its place in the culture of water sports. Surfboard 🌊construction: overview of elements such as ballasts, leash, board surface. 🌊Proper preparation for surfing: checking equipment, putting on foam, lubricating the board with wax. Warm-up and Beach Exercises: Dynamic 🌊stretching, especially of the muscles of the arms, back and legs. 🌊Exercises for balance and motor coordination, e.g. standing on one leg, quick changes of position. 🌊Simulation of getting up on a board ("pop-up") on dry sand 🌊Position lying on the board. 🌊Performing a quick stand-up movement with proper leg alignment. Surfskate classes 🌊Learning to ride a surf skateboard – a special skateboard imitating surfing movements. 🌊Developing balance, coordination and smoothness of movements necessary on the surfboard. 🌊Exercises that improve the technique of surfing maneuvers, such as turns and changes of direction. Practical classes in water: 🌊Learning to lie on the board and properly position the body. 🌊Paddling: a technique of hand movement and a rhythm suited to the waves. 🌊Exercise in catching small waves (white water) 🌊How to set the board in relation to the incoming wave. 🌊Catching the wave and keeping the balance in the lying position. 🌊First attempts to get up on a board on small waves 🌊Improving padding and getting up on the board. 🌊Learning to turn on the board and change direction. 🌊Timing means recognizing and selecting the right waves for surfing. Analysis and improvement of the technique: 🌊Photo-analysis: taking photos of participants while surfing to later discuss progress and identify areas for improvement. 🌊Individual guidance from instructors. 🌊Simulations of improved techniques on the beach. 🌊Indication of strengths and elements to be improved, with individual feedback from instructors. Building condition and water resistance: Paddling 🌊exercises: distance training on a board in shallow water. 🌊Skateboarding in small groups to improve reflexes and agility. 🌊Exercises for quick response to changing water conditions. Surfer safety! Safety 🌊classes in a surf lesson are a key element of the training that prepares participants to use the sea safely and cope effectively in various situations. These include both theory and practice. Marine 🌊currents: recognizing reverse currents and learning how to safely exit them. 🌊Waves: understanding how waves form, which are safe for surfing, and how to avoid large waves. 🌊Coastline: recognition of obstacles such as rocks, sand or shallows. Lineup 🌊order: surf etiquette rules to avoid collisions with other surfers. 🌊Safely tempering the board: how to control the board so as not to hit yourself or others. 🌊Appropriate getting in and out of the water: minimizing the risk of injury when entering the undulating sea. Relaxation sessions after surfing: 🌊Stretching after exercise: special stress on the muscles of the arms, back and legs. 🌊Short meditations with breathing elements by the beach to increase body awareness and relaxation after classes. Static 🌊stretching - calming the muscles after exercise. Surf Fun! 😎Interesting facts - why is the Baltic Sea salty? What really swims in the Baltic Sea? Who is the best surfer in the world right now? When did surfing become a recognized sport? 😎Morning jogging or fitness on the seashore 😎Long walks and sunset integration 😎Carefree beaching and total chill 😎DIY - creating surf bracelets and pendants 😎Secret Spot - we will find our own SPOT where a real Hawaiian bonfire will take place. This is where the official graduation ceremony will take place. During the time between the thematic classes of the camp, we will, of course, find time for a chillout, including: KINGSIZE 🎲games, fun and games using MAXI games known to everyone - Mega Jenga, Mega Twister, Mega Puzzle, Mega Scrabble, Circle-Cross 🔥Evening bonfire with sausage roasting. 🃏Board games, integration and social games. 🌠Night of falling stars on the beach. 🎬Evening film screening. 💦Balloonade. Play with water-filled balloons. 💦Bubble Battle. Special magazine (bucket of water), cartridges (sponges), a little foam and great fun! Water 💦slide. A special mat for belly riding and more! For all those who are not afraid to get wet... even more so ;) 🎤An evening of hit karaoke. 🎶A disco dressed up with a theme. ⭐Shooting teaser Tik Toks. 🏖️Catching a seaside tan 🏖️Sunbathing in the Baltic Sea Field 🗺️games (traps, Capture the Flag, InO) 🤝Team building - tasks that integrate the group and build trust in the team
