The rest of the program will be complemented by activities prepared for all sports camps: integration, adventure, recreation, as well as various animations and sightseeing.
Retinal zone
Volleyball 🏐 basics and bounce technique - During training, participants will learn bounce techniques, correct posture, play and practice a strong attack. They will learn to combine precision and control in every bounce to gain an edge on the pitch.
🏐 Tactics and Game Reading - Players will analyze game elements, established patterns and formations to better predict the opponent's movements.
🏐 Development of technical skills - Training includes upper and lower rebounds, power attack, kiwifruit and plas, as well as effective defense with spectacular pads and throws.
🏆Refereeing and rules of the game - As part of refereeing, young volleyball players will learn the rules and ways of communication of referees, and will also be able to try their hand in this role.
🤸♀️Stick to the Wall – Fun and Balance - Participants will demonstrate cleverness, agility and balance by taking part in this fun competition.
👁️✋👣Reflex and coordination with BLAZEPOD - We will check the reflexes and show exercises using BLAZEPOD equipment to improve eye-hand-leg coordination.
🤝 Team and cooperation on the pitch - Understanding the role of the team and the right setting on the pitch allows young volleyball players to achieve success through mutual support and cooperation. Integration exercises will help them communicate better and act as one.
😴Effect of sleep on athletic performance - Sleep plays a key role in muscle recovery and maintaining high physical performance, which directly affects sports performance. A good night's sleep supports concentration and reflexes, which are essential on the pitch.
🥗Healthy diet and recovery - Healthy eating classes will help participants understand the impact of diet on recovery and physical form. An analysis of nutrition will show them how healthy habits support athletic performance and improve well-being.
Physical 🏃preparation – strength and speed. Participants will learn the principles of proper warm-up, strength training, speed training and stretching that will improve their form.
Adventure zone
Climbing 🧗♀️basics. Climbing workshops conducted on the rocks surrounding the camp area. Classes tailored for everyone - people with and without experience. All carried out by licensed instructors, on certified and safe equipment. In addition, we will learn climbing knots and the basics of belaying.
🔦Jurassic caves. Jura is an area where there is a large number of natural caves available for tourists. However, it will be quite an adventure, because in the caves that we will visit (of course in a helmet) you have to crawl and squeeze.
Rope 🧗♀️activities. We will use the natural surroundings of Podlesice, where rock forms create countless opportunities to create and then overcome rope bridges or descents from rocks.
INO 🗺️classes. Learning how to use the map and compass, i.e. introduction to the first orientation events.
🏰Castles and strongholds. Visiting the gems of the Eagles' Nests Trail, we will learn the nooks and crannies and secrets of the beautiful Kraków-Częstochowa Jura.
🏌️♂️Disc Golf. A combination of classic golf with a flying disc. The terrain of the competition does not matter. The special Disc Golf Basket Target allows you to throw anywhere you want.
First aid 🔸class. We will learn how to act during accidents. Basic messages that are always worth repeating to yourself in order to make correct decisions in the event of an emergency.
🏊♂️Swimming pool. We will visit either the nearby open-air swimming pool or a lagoon, where we will cool off in the summer heat on a guarded swimming pool.
🤝Team building. Tasks that integrate the group and build trust in the team.

3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, during which tea is served (e.g. a bar, fruit, yogurt), dinner. All prepared at the resort. The camp starts with a warm dinner on the first day and ends with breakfast on the last day. Participants receive dry food for the return journey.
