Volleyball Camp in Masuria

Everyday activities are conducted by qualified staff, offering at least 20 hours of training throughout the camp, full of sports competition and fun. Sports activities will take place on the premises of the facility on a multifunctional field with a polyurethane surface as well as on a beach volleyball court. We will also occasionally use the COS or MOSiR sports hall in Giżycko. A good night's sleep supports concentration and reflexes, which are essential on the pitch. 🥗Healthy diet and recovery - Healthy eating classes will help participants understand the impact of diet on recovery and physical form. An analysis of nutrition will show them how healthy habits support athletic performance and improve well-being. Physical 🏃preparation – strength and speed.
