WATER SPORTS PROGRAM: SAFETY ON WATER IN SUMMER and WINTER 🌊❄️ – health and safety rules when using water when you are hot and cold, what with winter as with ice - how to avoid threats, fear of water, how important it is to be able to swim, how to protect yourself from deep water. ABC of DIVING 🤿 – swimming on the lake, learning and improving swimming, playing in the water – water ball, underwater activities – ABC of diving (mask/pipe/fins), "pearl catchers", swimming in clothes, competitions how much I can withstand underwater, funny jumps, learning to jump into the water.
