DANCE/SPORT & FITNESS 💃🏋️‍♂️ DANCE / SPORTS WORKSHOPS - 6 CLASSES X 2 h If you have already been with us, you probably know our wonderful Kasia😍. If not, then our classes are conducted by a professional dancer with numerous national and international awards🏆, including 3rd place at the last WORLD 🌍 Ballroom Dance CHAMPIONSHIPS. If you know the temperament of our beloved Kasia, you already know that dancing and activity will accompany us all the time! Get ready to move 💃 and duuuuu a large dose of energy ⚡ and humor😂. We will dance almost everywhere! ZUMBA 🕺 – MODERN JAZZ 🎷 – LATIN AMERICAN DANCES 🌴 – the BASICS OF CLASSICS 🎭 – we will learn all this during our classes. And for the male group: SPORTS WORKSHOPS - 6 CLASSES X 2 hours Collective team games 🏀⚽ and workout 💪 struggles that our hardworking animator Wojtek will take care of. He is a cross-country skiing 🎿 and skateboarding competitor and a former physical education teacher. He will organize for you: Classes in basketball🏀, football⚽, Short rugby matches🏉, beach soccer matches🏖️, Elements of the popular CROSSFIT 🏋️ and KETTLEBELL training🎯. ACTIVITIES FOR EVERYONE: ARCHERY 🎯 – practicing archery skills and target shooting techniques🎯. NEW! STAND UP PADDLE 🏄‍♀️ – We will try to ride the waves 🌊 on one of the most popular boards of recent years. You can stand and repel yourself with a paddle🚣‍♀️, or sit and swim like in a kayak🚣. Each participant will have 5-10 minutes. A TRIP TO the AQUAPARK IN POBIEROWO 🏊‍♂️ – a few hours of fun in a modern complex💦.
